ORDERING
We deliver to companies, government bodies and professional end users only. You can click on each product, select the size, colour, etc., and then on the 'order' button. The products are then moved to the shopping cart. You can continue the order process from the shopping cart, enter your address and shipping information, select a payment method and make a payment. The last few steps are carried out using a secure connection, meaning that your privacy is guaranteed. You will then be directed to an order overview for you to approve. If you wish, you can make changes by going back in the ordering process. As a final step, you will see your order confirmation and will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
PAYMENT
You have the choice of a number of payment methods during the ordering process, allowing you to pay safely and reliably:
SHIPPING
Each order within the Netherlands will be handled immediately. We have everything in stock and can deliver your order right away. Each parcel is sent using DPD and delivered within two days of your order being received. Shipping costs are as follows:
The Netherlands: € 15 excl. VAT per order. Orders amounting to more than EUR 125 will not be charged VAT.
Belgium: € 15 excl. VAT per order. Orders amounting to more than EUR 125 will not be charged VAT.
Germany: € 15 excl. VAT per order. Orders amounting to more than EUR 125 will not be charged VAT.

COLLECTION
You may choose to collect your order from our business address in Culemborg. You will receive an email as soon as your order is available for collection. This email includes our office hours. It is also possible to arrange collection outside of office hours - please send an email for further details.
RETURN AND/OR COMPLANINTS
We are a B2B web shop and deliver to companies, government bodies and professional end users only. This means that items cannot be returned. Returns can only be processed in the event of incorrect deliveries or in the event of any complaints (a non-compliant order). In this instance, please get in touch and we will ensure the matter is properly handled.
