How do I place an order?
If you want to order a specific item, please click on the ‘more info’ button. You will then be directed to a page on which you can enter details such as size, colour, and quantity. Then click on ‘order’, and the item will be placed in the shopping cart.
If you want to know the contents of the shopping cart while you are shopping or if you wish to change the contents, click on ‘shopping cart’. Once the order is complete, click on ‘place order’. Fill in your email address, name, invoicing address, delivery address and further contact information. Once you have clicked the ‘place order’ button, the order is sent to Van Oostvoorn. The items in the order are then reserved by you and can no longer be ordered by other customers. You will receive an order confirmation by email containing all your order details.
Can I come and collect the products I’ve ordered?
Yes, this is possible. It also means you will not be charged any shipping costs.
How do I pay?
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the total cost, including shipping costs. Payment is made in advance and is made in a secured, reliable manner. You can choose one of the following payment methods:
Can I place an order from Van Oostvoorn as a private individual?
No, unfortunately not. Only those companies registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) can place an order with us.
Does our company have to register with Van Oostvoorn to place an order?
No, that is not necessary. You can easily place an order with us by entering your company details during the order process.
Is there a minimum order?
No.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may only be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch as soon as possible so that we can take action. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by email. If the cancelled order has already been paid for, the amount you have paid will be returned.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipments within the Netherlands are subject to a € 15 shipping charge (excl. VAT). No shipping charges apply for orders over € 125. Shipping charges for delivery abroad can be found at customer service.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by our logistics partner, DPD, to anywhere in the Netherlands within 3-7 working days. Orders outside the Netherlands will be shipped 5-9 working days after your order has been received. Is your order urgent? Let us know so that we can process your order more quickly.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes. You can specify a different delivery address during the ordering process.
Can I return my order?
No, orders cannot be returned. However, it is possible to return all or part of an order if you have a complaint about the product you have ordered or if there has been a misdelivery.

How do I pay?

- electronic payment using iDEAL. This gives you a payment discount of 2%.
- pay online using PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay online easily and securely using your credit card. This gives you a payment discount of 2%.
- for orders placed from outside the Netherlands, you can also opt to manually transfer the order amount.
- Mistercash is a payment option in Belgium.
Can I place an order from Van Oostvoorn as a private individual?
